Mortgage Loan Processor - Del Norte
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Mortgage Loan Processor to join our Mortgage Division. This position plays a critical role in guiding mortgage loans from application to closing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional borrower experience.
What You'll Do
- Process a variety of loan products, including Conventional, USDA, Construction, Second Mortgage, and portfolio loans.
- Collect, review, verify borrower's income, assets, credit, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure loan files meet investor, regulatory, and bank guidelines.
- Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, real estate professionals, insurance agents, underwriters, and investors.
- Prepare closing documents and assist in coordinating timely loan closings.
- Board loans onto core system, disburse loan funds, and pay invoices related to loans.
- Track appraisals, maintain loan records, track insurance, process loan payments, support quality control reviews, and assist with audits and investor reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Compensation Range: $16.64-$25.48 per hour depending on experience.
